How to lose my tummy

4 months after having DD (2nd child) and I am still carrying a spare tyre around my middle. First child it dropped off quickly but this time round seems to be firmly stuck. It’s the only place I am carrying weight but it’s very unsightly and I can literally grab a whole handful of it.

It doesn’t help that I’m breastfeeding and snacking all day long. I don’t eat big meals but do graze constantly on crisps, chocolate, sweets and fruit.

Can I have some advice of ditching the tum please? Weight wise I’m happy but I don’t like the overhang on my stomach!

It isn't possible to lose weight off of one part of your body. If you need to burn fat, then you need to be doing cardio exercise. If you can't get to the gym, set aside 30 minutes 5 times a week and find a video on YouTube.

Cut the chocolate and sweets, try and think of food as fueling your body. Is chocolate going to fuel it? Probably not, try a compromise by making a banana and chocolate spread wrap.

Also, don't put too much pressure on yourself. 16 weeks ago you gave birth, just do little and often, up your water intake and you should soon start to see a difference.

Good luck!
