31 weeks with a head cold - what can I take?

Hi Mumsnet, trust me to get a snotty sneezing head cold in the hottest weather of the year! Am 31 weeks pregnant. Any advice on what- if anything I can take for it? Thanks!!

Reading you title I thought you meant you had a head cold for 31 weeks !
Have you tried a bowl of hot water with in Vick and a towel over your head ? You need to stay there for quite a long time for it to be effective. So stick a podcast on so you have something to listen to.
