What are these spots?

I have two spots on my upper thigh right by my pubic hair. I only noticed one the other day and today I've looked again and another has appeared. They are flat, not raised. Don't itch. Does anyone have any idea what they are please?

Looks like Pityriasis Versicolor to me. The NHS show light patches but I know somebody who had this and it was like your photo. Pharmacist can help, usually treated with an anti fungal cream.
