Their definition of 3 bedrooms is very odd.

TheStakeIsNotThePower · 24/07/2019 14:55

Also, I love living in the north east!

SayNoToCarrots · 24/07/2019 14:57

Wtf, the 3rd bedroom is clearly the dining room.

WhereDoesThisToiletGo · 24/07/2019 14:58

Definitely not three bedrooms. It's a 2 bed, that third bedroom is a dining room as the kitchen is tiny.
It's got some serious water ingress issues, I'd be worried if I shared a wall with that house.

juneybean · 24/07/2019 15:00

That is insane!

marvellousnightforamooncup · 24/07/2019 15:01

That's a great doer upper if you can afford it.

Apolloanddaphne · 24/07/2019 15:02

Fuck me that's an eye watering amount of money for what is basically a hovel!

SlightlySleepy · 24/07/2019 15:06

Ha ha "a hovel". You're right though

Gertie75 · 24/07/2019 15:06

Wow!
I've never been to London, is that a nice area? I presume it'd be a lot more when it was renovated.

I'm in Shropshire at the moment and for that price you'd get a lovely big detached house with land and beautiful views

ErrolTheDragon · 24/07/2019 15:07

The 'key features' says it's 2 bedroom.

StCharlotte · 24/07/2019 15:11

Would definitely be worth doing up...

queenqueenqueen · 24/07/2019 15:12

Omg that's ridiculous

Jocasta2018 · 24/07/2019 15:15

I lived two roads along in a slightly bigger house ie the upstairs bathroom & downstairs kitchen were in a small rear extension but still a two-up two-down terrace.
A house in my old road - exactly to same layout as where I used to live -sold recently for £1.15 million so the price for the doer-upper seems about right!

Soola · 24/07/2019 15:18

It will be fab once it’s snapped up and renovated.

queenqueenqueen · 24/07/2019 15:24

It could be fab done up but that's an insane amount of money

Alicecooperslovechild · 24/07/2019 15:38

I feel sorry for whoever was living there previously- I'm guessing that it isn't the person that wants the best part of £1m for it.

bbcessex · 24/07/2019 15:48

I love that they've marked UP' and 'DOWN' on the stairs on the floorplan.

Very confusing otherwise 🤪🤪🤪🤪😂😂😂

Satterthwaite · 24/07/2019 16:11

Someone died in that house...

BertieBotts · 24/07/2019 16:23

Previously a hoarder's house maybe? The carpets look in surprisingly nice condition (no fading, just debris) almost like they have not been accessible for decades.

BertieBotts · 24/07/2019 16:24

And it doesn't look abandoned, just not maintained.

EnidButton · 24/07/2019 16:28

I find places like that quite sad. Someone once spent ages choosing paint colours and planting stuff in the garden. It's a shame.

Christ, the price of it though! Shock

howwudufeel · 24/07/2019 16:39

I would love that!
