My baby boy 6 months has developed these marks since yesterday. The only thing I can think of is that he tried ice cream from a cone yesterday. I don't think it's cold burn as obviously the ice cream wasn't pressed to his face. Fine himself a bit ratty but I think that's the heat! Any ideas?
