I am looking for a tablecloth. Yup, that's it. I did warn you.

I have had a Cath Kidston one for donkeys years and it is falling apart. It's been excellent though, really good looking but resilient. I am not a fan of Cath Kidston at all but their homewares are good, shame they're doing less and less in favour of their crappy handbags.

Anyway I digress. I recently bought a stunning tablecloth from Zara, really good price too but thick cotton and high maintenance, as in difficult to iron.

I know it's a boring issue but a tablecloth makes such a difference to my kitchen which is a bit like the one attached (not as nice, but gives you an idea).

I'd appreciate links to thick cotton tablecloths pls. Thank you

Do you buy plain ones? I'd have a look at ebay, you can get some beautiful old tablecloths there

Dunelm op. I've got a lovely taupe coloured one with white polka dots from there

I get lovely seersucker tablecloths online from a company called Mill Outlets. Lots of colours and they don't need ironing much at all, just a quick press around the edges occasionally. They wash like rags, too...

Watching with interest. I need one too, my table is 7' long and every one I've ever bought has shrunk.
