Does anyone know why Uk news isn’t reporting on the Vatican bones find?

Lots of news being reported on CNN and CBS and elsewhere but nothing on BBC or anywhere else in UK.
It seems quite significant if true

I think it's just the sheer amount of drama we've got going on with our politics is drowning out all other international news, unless it has an impact on said drama.

This week alone, 2 of the 3 main parties have got new leaders. Normally by the school summer holidays, the papers would be glad of an interesting story like this so they have something to write about over the summer, this year, theres not going to be an issue to fill the papers with UK centric content, theres just sadly a lot to talk about....

Political crap taking up all the limelight!

There's not much room left in our news at the moment for anything but politics it seems, it's probably just a factor of timing but you're never going to get universal coverage of everything

To be fair, its not yet a huge story.

Bones of dozens if people have been found in a place where people are buried. They are currently trying to prove that some are more recent than they should be. Once they prove that, it will be a big story.

Also, as of yet, there is not proof the missing girl is there. They havent even said they found the bones of a young girl, from what I can see.

Lots of bones found in a catacombs, wouldn't be big news in Italy if it happened here.
