Has anyone ever tried it? And if so, did it work for you?
I find my life stressful, which then makes me extremely anxious, my anxiety seems to come out physically in me, when things are tough, instead of dealing with them, I let them eat away inside of me. And it brings with it some horrible side effects.
I’ve tried telephone CBT, I’ve been to my GP (apparently I’m not “bad enough for medicinal treatment”) so thought I’d go down the self help route.
Is meditation worth a try?
