Letters, letters everywhere

A friend of mine texted earlier and said he'd been to the town I went to school in and he betted I had my old uniform. I don't.

I reluctantly admitted I had my old gym bag stuffed full of letters/photos and went to sift through it tonight. It wasn't as easy as I'd thought as everything brings back a memory of how bright and beautiful my friends were.

Throw everything out? Not the gym bag.

Someone threw out my bag full of letters from school days and it still pains me.

Oh sorry @Milomonster :(

I do genuinely need to throw some of this stuff out though but am utterly useless. I pick up a letter and think oh that's her...Oh, yes, this one's her...that one's him... Then can't bring myself to throw them away.

Even found an old love letter which I have no idea who from. I don't get these nowadays so might staple gun it to my handbag so that yes, in my times, I had passionate letters Grin

It wasn't that interesting actually just said he (whoever it was) loved me. Didn't compare me to a sunbeam in a dark and deprived world or a petal adrift on a river
