There is a man skipping in the car park by my bedroom window wearing only some shorts and and trainers. This is a holiday flat in a city and I normally live in the country. This is not something i see every day. I may be enjoying it too much!

Anything you have seen in this lovely weather that has brought a smile to your face?

I’m just about to leave London Fields, lots of guys just wearing shorts.

Work has a strict smart dress rule, I have my own office so I wore a shirt and tie, but downstairs I had shorts and trainers. And yes, I did get the tube to work dressed like that.
