Long story but I will just give you the basics.
I conceived with my baby boy after being with my partner for 5 years. When I go t pregnant he tried to push me for an abortion but I didn’t! He then went on the leave me for the worst possible human ever. Throughout the pregnancy I received abuse off her and he didn’t have any contact at all. I had my son and he was around the age of three when his ‘sperm donor’ got back in touch. I allowed contact because I’m not a monster. My son has autism and doesn’t speak. The sperm donor then started doing drugs with his partner. So I removed me and my son from the situation. His partner is obsessed with me. I was warned that she had been asking about after me wanting to know where I work etc. One night as I was walking home she was lurking and punched me in the face with her car keys. I reported this to the police and made a statement, nothing ever came of it.
I then didn’t hear or see from them for around 3 years.
Then last October I had he misfortune of bumping into her in town on one of my rare nights out. She tried to attack me but was taken away by the bouncers. Then the lunatic somehow got my number and started bombarding my with abusive phone calls calling my son vile names such as “spastic b*astard” and so on.. maybe it was the hang over the day after I’m not sure but it really got to me. I got really depressed and ended up being off six months from work cause I was so distraught that someone could be so cruel to my poor little boy. The abuse she was coming out with really scared me about my sons future and about the kind of people there are in the world. I stopped going out shopping and everything in fear of bumping into her because she is mentally unstable.
Around a month ago I bumped into the sperm donor and he pleaded to see my son and insisted he wasn’t with her anymore. Because I have a kind heart I allowed him to play in the garden with him. He only visited three times for an hour tops.
Then today the abuse started again.
Non stop calls from with held, I answered and was greeted by her screaming down the phone - “you fcking slg, you and your spast*c son I’m gonna come to your house and burn it”
I put the phone down and rang 111. They gave me a call log and said someone should be in touch with 24-48 hours.
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do now? I don’t care about her calling me names but for her to call a disabled 5 year old names is out of order! Also who knows what she will do she is mental. Legally does anyone know what I can do? She is ruining my life and my mental health and Iv has enough now it’s coming to a point where I’m going to snap and loose my temper.
Please does any one have any advice?
