He's always leaving tissues etc in his pockets when he puts stuff in the laundry basket and I moan every time. It's been going on for years.

I just went to put a load of washing on and in one of the pockets was £20 - result!

I never check pockets and always end up with crap in the washing machine. Definitely going to start checking now just in case

Stop doing his washing until he empties his pockets.

What?? And miss out on future windfalls? Not likely!

Oh, and since he does all the ironing, he has occasionally found himself having to pick thousands of tiny bits of papier mache off the clothes before he can start ironing...

DP is aweful for this. I've washed poo bags, fab butts...

Change tends to fall out in the bedroom. He's now aware anything he left there goes in my new handbag fund. Either look after it, or I'll pocket it.

DH often used to leave a £5 or £10 note in his shirt pocket, which I used to find. Finders keepers!

I washed dh's RN ID card once. He still doesn't check his pockets. I now make him pick the tissue out of the machine...
