Hi

I am 6 weeks pregnant. I had a miscarriage last June which was pains and bleeding.

This tile round I have the pains but no bleeding. Is this normal? It’s like period pains. Thanks

Hi there

Yes I had this at this stage. It's the embryo 'bedding in'
I also had it after a m/c so was worrying the whole time but she is now 13 and crabby as anything.

I feel like it’s the same but no bleeding. Just panic about everything.

I had the same, I was worried too but it was all fine. The pains settled down by about 10 weeks.
