We know we just can't prove it

In the last year things have changed massively for us as a family. I started last year with one kid and turn February had another baby... Then in May got asked to have custody of my stepdaughter.
Me and my husband battled for over 5 years with her mom(my stepdaughter is 6 now) as her mom constantly had the social involved and was violent as well as having dodgy men around my stepdaughter and her other 5, now 6 kids.
My stepdaughter remained with us and we won in court but we have to ensure she sees her mom fortnightly. We dread this as our court order says she has to stay at her mom's but we've reason to believe mom is up to her tricks again now she's been signed off by the social again and is prostetuiting herself and we can't prove it we can only go by what we've heard which was a big problem over the last 5 years and ultimately we managed to get proof in order for my stepdaughter to live here but now we have none just things our daughter says and sees.

As the resident parents, your job is to make the day to day decisions to best safeguard the child. The Court put this trust in you when they gave you residence. So you make the judgements you think are needed, and if there are objections, then the mother can take you back to court and make her case.
So, if it were me, I would move contact to supervised, and spell out the reasons why, and invite the mother to challenge that choice legally if she objects. So long as you are promoting a relationship between them, in a safe manner, you are being reasonable in the eyes of the Court. Keep a dated diary of all the concerns you are hearing, any conversations you have with the mother re those concerns.

How do you know she's a prostitute?

Does your SD have a social worker? Could you speak with them about what SD has told you?

Things the social worker previously said and stuff my stepdaughter said. Also on her Facebook she added hundreds of men and her bio read interesting in men men men. 1 of the men had a mutual friend with me so I asked her about him and she said he'd just split with his wife as he was paying girls to get naked for him on webcam. My stepdaughters mom in a round about way admitted it by saying I might hear rumours she has men over but its not true and the social worker previously said that she had concerns about how many men were being round the kids and what they were being exposed to, at the time blaming her then boyfriend. She's got 6 kids by 4 dad's.

We got signed off seeing a social worker in November, Ive been keeping diaries since 2015 and with recent worries I phoned the social worker who said she feels that there's a lot of anamosity against her as the school her eldest goes to reported something about her aswell. It has been a constant battle
