Birthday present for sister?

Hi all. I need an idea for a 40th birthday gift for my sister. I can't spend a fortune (£50 max) but want to get her something meaningful to keep. She wears white metal jewellery if that helps, but I have bought her bits and pieces of jewellery for "normal" birthdays and Christmas before now. She already has a Pandora bracelet and bangle and has already got all the charms she wants for those.

For my sister's 40th I got a personalised picture made of the number "40" which was made up of forty words which I'd submitted, all words which related to her. I got it from someone on Etsy , it looked great and she has it framed in her hallway so she must have liked it.

That's a lovely idea, not sure if there's time though as I need it for Friday. Yes, I've left it to the last minute!

Could you do a photo album of special pictures of you up till her 40th. For my 30th I was bought a book that articles from the news papers that were published on my birthday. Which I really liked. Think it was bought from getting personal.

A lovely silk scarf?
A framed print of something/somewhere special to her?
A beautiful edition of a favourite book?
