Speeding offence notification

I received a speeding ticket, through the post, earlier this week. I filled in the form, and sent it back. Then today, I received another letter saying exactly the same thing, same time and location. Anyone else had this? Is it just a admin error, or should I fill this one in as well?

Fill it in and return but write on it that it’s a duplicate and you have filled in and returned the original.

Was the first one the NIP 'tell us who the driver was' and the second one addressed to you as the confirmed driver rather than you as the car owner? Because that's how they do it in my experience.

Yes I'm an idiot the first was addressed to Dh, the second to me, after we confirmed that I was driving. Thanks
