Looking for a matt black paint....

I'm decorating DD1's bedroom with a superhero theme and wanting to do a cityscape silhouette. I'm maybe setting myself up for a failure but keeping my fingers crossed it doesn't turn out too shit. I need a decent black paint for it and not sure the best one to use (or worst one to avoid...). Any recommendations?

Stick with me as this might sound shit 😂 but could you use one of those black chalkboard paints and then you could chalk some lights onto it, you know like windows?
