Supplements for gas/bloating that work?

I seem fairly sensitive in general to a lot of foods (not just low FODMAP) in that I generally get bloating in the evenings and then a lot of flatulence and a noisy, grumbly stomach from the afternoon

Does anyone know of any supplements they've used that have prevented the formation of gas or at least minimized it?

Chewing your food properly and eating slowly. Look at the nhs website for flatulence.

I love peppermint tea for bloating.
I eat fairly slowly and chew my food well but still get bloating after certain foods.

How old are you OP? At mid-forties I found bread and pasta was causing bloating. I switched to rice and potatoes for my main carbs and the bloating went away.
