Aaargh, TUI website won't let me check-in online- "no record of our booking"

When I log in, it shows me that I've paid the full balance and it has a departure checklist with three buttons- API and 2 check-in buttons. When I click on them, it takes me through to a flight number/lead passenger form. Filled that in and it says 'Sorry, we have no record of your booking'

It's surely a glitch, it's all paid, it's showing, but fuck me I am panicking

Is it a Tui holiday but using a different airline? Sometimes happens if this is the case. Your holiday will be booked but you will be unable to check in online, book seats etc. What are your flight numbers?

Monday. It must be sorted because it's paid but bloody hell I wish the call centre was open and I could speak to a human.

Is check in open for your flights? When do you travel? Some dont open until a day or two before

Tui flights open 7 days before. I would just get onto them first thing.

Did you put yourself as lead passenger or someone else? Something isn’t matching. Hopefully it’s their website. Can you contact someone via twitter? They often have a person live monitoring.

Okay, it's a BA flight and another google says that we should check in at the airport (according to the Tripadvisor forum).

Does that sound about right? There's a 'e-ticket' button on my TUI account but it's not working either.

Are you flying with a different airline? Not all Tui holidays are with Tui airline

I had this with tui. They’d cancelled my flights (although not my husbands) “by accident”. I had to spend six hours in their shop two days before my wedding getting them to rectify their fuck up

If its a BA flight that will more than likely be the reason. You normally just take your comfirmation with you which should have an airline reference in addition to your Tui booking reference.

Unless you have paid for early check in, ba flights open 24 hours before travel. On the ba app you may be able to pull up your flight booking

We fly from Gatwick on sat and with ba
Our flight reference is on tui page
We went to manage our booking and checked seats/can check in tomorrow at 1pm via ba - boarding passes go to our wallet on phone or you can go to the desk and get paper ones. It’s all a bit confusing and the not being able to get seats unless you pay £70 is very irritating

The call centre shuts at 9 and won't open until 9 tomorrow. There's quite a few threads on Tripadvisor saying the same thing- it gets sorted at the airport.

Is there anything on your TUI confirmation with a BA reference? It will be 6 characters, mixture of letters and numbers. If you have that, you can go to "Manage my booking" on the BA website and check in from 24 hours before your flight.
