I’ve been informed that they are not allowed to carry devices on them or directly contact the customer?
Is that true?
I’ve avoided buying anything from places that use them as they are so shit.
I’m sure the last time I had them the man wrote his mobile on the card and we then arranged a time when me/we would be in for him to deliver.
He left a card yesterday and it was blank.
The head off have texted me to say it’s out for delivery today but you can’t reply to the text!
I’m pisses off because I bought items that were fulfilled by Amazon and their own drivers have an arrangement with me to leave in a safe place, but it’s now coming from the supplier who has used YOdel.
Amazon have apologised and have done their best to help but yodel are adamant that they won’t leave the parcels in a safe place. Fair enough but I need a phone number of the driver to arrange a time or preferably a place for me or my husband to collect from.
