Summer holidays

What do you have planned over the holidays? I've planned nothing and panicking a bit. I have a 5 year old in London. I drive so far trips overnight are welcome.

Any ideas would be great!

To answer your question more specifically, I have the following planned - a trip to the Roald Dahl Museum, taking the 7 year old to Manga at the British Museum and the 5 year old to Beasts of London. I'll also be working part time. We have a two week house swap to Normandy, and when we get back I want to take the family to the Olafur Eliasson at Tate Modern (been on my own already, its brilliant!). I haven't thought as far ahead as end of August but like the idea of heading down to the south coast to see the Towner Gallery make over and the new contemporary art gallery in Hastings.
