OK, don't panic. Put them in a cot and leave the room for 5 mins to give your head some space. Then you can think of a checklist.

EtonM3ss · 17/07/2019 19:59

checklist?

Pain? Teething? Have you checked them over, taken temp and maybe offered calpol?

Have they had a bath yet? Maybe it'll distract them?
Or put them in the pushchair and walk around the block.

Hopefully they are just over tired.

TheInebriati · 17/07/2019 20:13

Take his clothes off and check him all over. Check his temperature, look out for marks or a rash.

If you don't feel reassured, take him straight to A&E.

Karwomannghia · 17/07/2019 20:17

Has he been with you all day? Is there a chance he could’ve broken or pulled something?

EtonM3ss · 17/07/2019 20:18

Hes been at nursery no issues apparently

If your gut is telling you to get him checked then get him checked out.

Crying without stopping and not being able to be distracted at all even for a second isn't right.
I'm sure any doctor would happily check him.

I hope he's feeling better soon.

raeray · 17/07/2019 20:19

Does he have a temperature?
Did he eat his dinner etc as normal?

Bourbonbiccy · 17/07/2019 20:22

If guys gut is telling you to take him in, then take him into A&E, you can never be too careful.

ohfourfoxache · 17/07/2019 20:46

Trust your gut

maddiemookins16mum · 17/07/2019 21:23

Undress him, wipe him down and just check nothing is hurting him.
Once, god knows how, a wooden clothes peg metal bit was caught up in DD’s babygro and was pinching her. She wailed for ages 7ntil I spotted it.

raeray · 19/07/2019 12:49

How is your little one now OP?

EtonM3ss · 20/07/2019 17:10

Alot better Turns out it was an ear infection!
