Hi everyone, I need some advice!

I always end up feeling really heavy and sluggish after a meal which makes it hard to sleep. One of my friends says she eats probiotic yogurts etc but I was wondering if any of you had any other suggestions?

Thanks smile

What do you eat?

@Wildorchidz

Nothing too heavy or spicy for the reasons above. I normally eat fish/veggies/rice etc. The problem seems to persist even on a healthy diet. Think I need to add something to my routine but don't know what products to trust!

Yes to probiotics. Also plenty of water, very high fibre diet and daily exercise in the fresh air. Running or walking at a fast pace are particularly good.

How long between eating and going to bed OP?

How late are you eating, is dinner your main meal? Perhaps 2 lighter meals for lunch and dinner would help.

I normally eat around 7/7:30 and got to bed at 11ish
