I need to buy two (unrelated) 16year olds a birthday present this week (boy & girl)

Any ideas what to get? They are into sports but don't need any equipment etc, but otherwise I'm stumped.

TIA

Classic silver jewellery (cuff links for him, earrings for her)? Simple and fairly light and if they don’t like it now they will someday?

Cash or vouchers for day out like cinema.

Cinema/costa gift card. My 16yo got both for her birthday from people and they were her favourite presents.

Something they can keep . I like the sound of the silver earrings and cuff links. Small framed print if they like art ? My go to present for lots of significant birthdays is a sterling silver photograph frame but they start at around £75.

My sons only wants cold, hard, cash. Oh and a party at the house but I’ve said absolutely no way.

Money? Vouchers for high street shops or restaurants? Crate of beer? A funny trinket? Something simple, they don’t care at that age from my experience
