Argh AF gimme a break (TMI)

AF used to be quite regular, 24 days from start to start.
Now it's been 4 days early. Consecutively. I will assume the new normal is now 20 days from start to start, meaning that I have just over 2 weeks at a time of no period.

I'm 40, is this just how it's going to be now?
