I need to sort myself out, fast. 2nd DC is now almost 1. ‘Just had a baby’ is no longer an excuse...so back on a healthy diet, lots of water, out walking, but also want to exercise. At home. Not an option to go to the gym/out alone atm.
I have done the 30 Day Shred DVD before and enjoy it, however I have some lower body injuries atm and the 30DS involves a lot of jumping, which I’m keen to avoid right now.
Can anyone please suggest/recommend any and why? I’ve downloaded ‘results with Lucy’ but don’t want to begin the free trial if there’s better options out there. Thank you!
