Could I have broken something?

I feel stupid for asking because I'm sure I haven't but....
I fell over in the garden yesterday, I slipped and went backwards and put my hand out to save myself. My hand and elbow were extremely painful for a little while but it dulled into an ache.
Today, still have an ache type pain. I have full movement, no swelling and only a little bruising around my elbow and weirdly on my palm.
I have broken bones before and although I didn't find it excruciating I had lots of bruising and swelling.
I think it can't be broken but there's a little voice in my head telling me somethings not right. I don't want to waste A&E time.

Google scaphoid process fractures and see if that sounds familiar...

Btw... can permanently affect movement in thumb if this is the problem.

Could be scaphoid, notoriously not agony so people don’t realise. Worth an xray!

Listen to your body. Go and get it checked out. Perhaps a GP appt if you aren't in extreme pain?

I had a broken scaphoid (the opposite hand) few weeks ago Blush it doesn't feel the same/the same place.
