Bird in the bedroom

Hi all, I've just found this bird upstairs - not sure what type it is or how old it is, but what do I do with it? I haven't got close enough to check whether it's injured yet, as tbh I'm a little scared of it! We have about 15 birds in the garden at the moment, is it possible that it's hiding from them?

Ahh, it’s a Wren I think (I’m in the sun & struggling to see properly but looks the right shape). If s/he’ll let you try & pick her up then put her on the patio, s/he’s probably flown in accidentally & now can’t get out.

We caught an escaped budgie by throwing a sheet over it. Once you catch it just let it out or phone a local wildlife park if it's injured.
