I am 35 weeks pregnant this week, so been getting sorted for baby arriving. I have a tommee tippee sterilser and was wonder do i need sterilser tables for it? I read the book and it dont say. Also would you clean any of your bottles ready, or is it to early?

Depends which one it is?

One with a plug, no.

One without, it's either microwave with water no tablet.
Or cold water with a tablet.

Do you have a picture?

No you don't need tablets.
It's super easy to use -'just 80ml of water in the bottom and switch it on.

Just remember to dry it after use.

Brill thank you, would you wash any of the bottles now or wait?

I'd wait - double check the instructions but I think you can only keep bottles in there for 24 hours until they need to be sterilised again.

Don't wash your bottles and sterlise until you're ready to use them. This steriliser only takes five minutes. Keep your receipt though, I had the exact same one and it packed up - I'd only been using it for 9 weeks so wasn't very impressed at having to replace it.

I've got this and love it - I've had it since February and it's still going strong. No steriliser tablet - just 80ml of water per cycle. The Tommee Tippee bottles have a line marked out at 80mls to make it easy to fill to the correct level. It's easy to descale, too - just use white vinegar.
