I have the most basic quickbooks account for our business. We both offer services and don't have lots going on. I have been using it for about 2 months now.
I cannot get my balance in my account to match my quickbooks balance but when I've reconciled the accounts it all matches.
Suggests to me I am incorrectly allocating / adding transactions somewhere. Is anyone here aware of common mistakes so I can look at my account and see where I am going wrong. I never had this issue with my old software so I guess it's something I can learn to do right!
Failing that any good tips for guides on using quickbooks? I haven't found their own ones much use for this.
