i had unprotected sex around 7/8 times in the 2 weeks after my period ended, the most recent being 3 days before predicted ovulation (i use the Flo app). since 6/7 days post ovulation i had a really mild period type ache, it felt slight different like more local, which lasted the afternoon until i went sleep, i woke up with same ache in the morning, then it was on off until nearly tea time when i went toilet and had a 2 pence size amount of brown + pink spotting. since then the pain got very intense very quickly for about an hour, the pain radiate down my legs and up my back if i stood up i was shaking. i was bleeding red blood on the loo but it was lighter than my periods are, literally had 4 drops of blood so not much. i’ve also had odd number 2’s for around 5/6 days, i get a strong urge i have to go NOW, then i get there and it doesn’t come straight away, and when it does it’s mushy. it’s not like me to have 3 or 4 number 2’s in a day! i also only have excruciating period pain for around 2/3 days of my period i never get a day of mild pain.

it’s currently 6 days till my predicted period, i never come early on my period, if anything it comes a couple of days late. my hips n lower back are aching i keep feeling abit sick but i don’t know if that’s the worry of this, i think it’s too early for other symptoms but my boobs veins are a lil bit more noticeable and my whole face is strangely greasy. i was not TTC but this does feel different i do feel pregnant. it’s too early to take a test. can anyone help me have you had similar experiences?

Maybe you need to go on contraception? Will you be happy and okay with being pregnant?

AnneLovesGilbert · 16/07/2019 12:47

It might not be the point of your post but if you are ttc, whether with agreement of your partner or not, you’re more likely to focus on what could be symptoms of early pregnancy than you usually might. There are too many symptoms different women experience in pregnancy to be able to diagnose yourself based on what’s happened to others.

Shakur1980 · 16/07/2019 12:48

@MmmBlowholes again thankyou for your input, i have tests ready to use when it is the correct time to test.. rather than waste it knowing it's too early coz people's only helpful advice on the internet is hounding me to take a test🤷🏻‍♀️ i'm not stupid i'm aware a test is the definitive answer however for the time being i'm asking for others experiences ☺️

@AnneLovesGilbert i understand there's many people many symptoms☺️ i have never had pregnant friends or family members, people always say don't google.. so i'm just trying to gain more knowledge on it all from real life people:) i thought that was the point of this site

I think you want to be pregnant OP so I hope it happens for you, you’ve had plenty of sex at the right time to give it a good chance. MN can be hugely supportive but your OP is a common one and posters get frustrated by the frequency with which people post asking those reading to grab a crystal ball and guess something impossible to know. I know it’s frustrating now knowing but it’s just a waiting game. Good luck.

Travis1 · 16/07/2019 12:58

You know how you could've avoided the comments? By not posting all the hyperbole about not TTC etc etc but I think you know that and I think you were just on a bit of a fishing expedition and looking for some attention.

Shakur1980 · 16/07/2019 13:01

@Travis1 fishing expedition?😂😂 fuck yall hahahah

Sounds like you have a stomach bug with all the lose poo's

I had no bleeding or pain with implantation. Have you brought a FRER test?

Alexkate2468 · 16/07/2019 13:05

Really OP, you’re not going to get what you want here because nobody can give it. There is no way we can know. The symptoms you’ve described could be anything....
You might want to hear other experiences- but what help will they actually be? You will be no further forward no matter how many comments that you perceive as helpful you get on this thread.

You can test, you can use a first response 6 days before period due

Pregnancy symptoms are caused by the Hcg hormone. If you’re already getting pregnancy symptoms there is a great chance the pregnancy test can pick up the hormone.

In my last pregnancy I had extremely high hcg. The only symptoms I had in the days before my period were due were constant wee’ing and mild stretching pains. The line changed immediately in front of me, I didn’t even need to wait the 2 minutes.

Passthecherrycoke · 16/07/2019 13:07

However I would say last hanging unprotected sex 3 days before ovulation makes it quite unlikely if your cycle is regular, which I assume it is if you were using a ovulation app based on cycle

NeverGotMyPuppy · 16/07/2019 13:09

Why are you being so aggressive? What do you want people to say?
You have had unprotected sex multiple times- that IS what TTC is. There is a massive range of different symptoms for ealry pregnancy but someome saying 'yes I had that' makes no difference to your outcome.

Wait, POAS when you can and if you aren't pregnant and dont want to be then use some contraception.

cranstonmanor · 16/07/2019 13:09

I didn't have a single pregnancy symptom till I was 8+4 and morning sickness kicked in. I did have a lot of symptoms when I wasn't pregnant at all. Please don't go by symptoms, it doesn't have to mean anything.

FunkyCrunky · 16/07/2019 13:29

If you're not TTC, then it sounds like you're OTC and letting nature run its course.

I had a lot of crampy type pain when I was pregnant in early pregnancy (right around the time I was due a period onwards roughly - my youngest is 15 now so a long time ago!). My period was irregular too so you could very well be pregnant. Other symptoms I had were sore nipples. I don't recall implantation bleeding with any of my 3 children, but it is possible.

With DD3 I had spotting, but this was after I found out I was pregnant.

Do you chart at all? I found out I was PG with child #3 by charting, but I started slightly after ovulation (and was already pregnant) and my charts were all over the place.

Other than that, I think either trying the First Response pregnancy tests as others have mentioned, or waiting is your only option.

Shakur1980 · 16/07/2019 13:35

@FunkyCrunky thankyou very much for your detailed response, i appreciate it☺️ i will be trying first response in the next day or two and again next week when its not too early:) again thankyou

But you said it’s 6 days until your period. You can test using a first response, they pick up pregnancy from 6 days before your period is due

Oh and you’re welcome Wink

RubaiyatOfAnyone · 16/07/2019 13:54

I had a positive response 6 days before period using a first response. Generally, if you think you have enough HCG hormone in you to produce symptoms, you should have enough to test positive on a pink test (pink dye is more responsive than blue).

To be honest though, all symptom-spotting i did whilst I was ttc was possible on months when I wasn't pregnant as well as the one i was - I think that when you are wondering if you are pregnant you concentrate on your body more than you usually do and become aware of all sorts of 'symptoms' which are actually just things that happen normally to your body monthly anyway, you just don't think about them when you aren't thinking/worrying about pregnancy.

All that said, you are being weirdly aggressive to most of the perfectly sensible responses here - this can be a very helpful site if you engage with it rather than responding 'hahahahah', insults and anger to everything.

Good luck, and i hope you get the outcome you want.

Shakur1980 · 16/07/2019 14:02

@RubaiyatOfAnyone yes i understand that first bit, i just would like to wait till it was more guaranteed to show on a test that's all, thankyou for your response. i wasn't weirdly aggressive, i was responding to everyone's unnecessary weird aggression to me🤷🏻‍♀️ i'd done nothing wrong and i had a load of anonymous people just being weirdly passive aggressive to me clearly being judgmental.. i tried to engage but how can i engage with people eye rolling at me being judgmental and passing comment on stupid things rather than answering if they had implantation symptoms or not? i'm not going to not react to that! costs nothing to be nice n these people weren't being nice, you can be perfectly sensible and still be nice. if people aren't nice to me i won't ignore it

I don't know if people generally get implantation symptoms, usually just implantation bleeding. Pregnancy symptoms can be a lot like period symptoms so no one can really say. I've often had nausea before a period.

People come on here all the time asking this question, I think that's why people are irritated. No one knows, only a test will tell you.

fluffyblue · 16/07/2019 16:24

Last time I was pregnant, I remember having really strange diarrhoea and a heavy feeling in my tummy about a week before my period was due. I've never had it before or since so who knows.

MumdayMania · 16/07/2019 23:00

I think people were also being passive aggressive and judgemental as you said you were not ttc, even though you had lots of unprotected sex regularly and are now symptom spotting Grin
