Help, trying to find a sketch from a tv show!

A while ago, maybe about a year ago someone started a thread on here about the way some people (British, I think) pronounce the names of foreign food/dishes. I remember someone posted this YouTube link:

But another poster followed it up with a clip of a mock news report where the presenter took the piss out of people who over-pronounce the names of foreign cities. I was certain it was Chris Morris or Armando Iannucci but I can't find a thing on Google or YouTube, does anyone remember this? 🙏
