I have decided to go to therapy for various reasons. I don’t want to wait for NHS treatment; I feel like I’ve decided so I want to strike while the iron is hot so I can’t wuss out.
Anyway, I’ve been looking about on counselling directory for my area and I feel a bit overwhelmed. There’s counsellors or psychotherapists or psychologists, but what’s best? What’s the difference? ( apart from cost?)
I’m happy to pay whatever as long as it’s effective, I’m just not sure where to start.
