Just ordered an instant pot on amazon prime day (80 quid if you're interested)
How will this change my life? 
Seriously though, has anyone got any really good recipes or recipe book recommendations?
I'm mostly intrigued by the cooks quickly with no input from user needed aspect - slow cooking really not my thing, I'm not organised enough.
God I hope this isn't a waste of money....
