I am officially a numpty

This morning while getting dressed I looked down and saw 2 enormous bruises on my boobs - top of right one side and bottom of left one

After having a massive panic attack about blood disorders/cancer etc I remembered I have a bit of a car crash (relatively minor) on Monday and they are just where the seat belt would have caught me

I am such a numpty for forgetting!

Ah well at least they are less luminous this evening

Its not just you. I had a very sudden upset stomach yesterday and couldn't work out why as I hadn't eaten anything. Was starting to worry about d&v etc when DH helpfully reminded me I'd taken migraine medication notorious for upsetting your stomach if you haven't eaten.

It wouldn't be so bad but I've taken the medication enough times to know this and I had taken it literally 30mims prior!

Yes, I'd probably do that too
