Anyone with an atrium style roof?

We have just had an atrium style roof put in our new extension. Can I ask anyone with this type of roof
a) how often do you clean it?
b) how do you clean it?
c) If you pay someone else to clean it, how much do you pay/how often?

Flies are also a problem, haven't tried the long handled duster approach yet, anyone else find this a problem and if so how do you tackle it?

Loved the idea of having a glass roof but hope it isn't going to stress me out with flies/cleaning etc. Looking for some tips to maintain it.

I've just seen that you can buy extendable window cleaning brushes etc. Anyone got one of these? Any good?

Firstly, I misread the thread title as 'Anyone with an atrium style foof?' and I can't stop giggling.

Secondly, years ago we had one and we used to pay someone to do a big clean once a year, and the window cleaner did it the rest of the time. Can't remember what we paid but it was over 10 years ago.

Inside, I had a feather duster cable-tied to and extendable rod for cobwebs. Flies were a nuisance though - if I had one now it would have opening windows at the top.

PS To be clear, I'm talking about a conservatory added onto the back of the house, not my vulva.
