Did they give you increased motivation and ability to get stuff done?

In what ways have they helped you?

They take the edge off my anxiety but not sure they motivate me very much as I simply give less of a fuck about everything

Not me- but my dd. They gave her her life back. I’m not exaggerating.

They keep me alive.

Stopped me worrying incessantly.

Kept me going. I don't give a shit about things that I can't have an effect on. Which may sound bad but it's a blessing. I'm more proactive. The house is in order. I'm more relaxed.

Stopped me killing myself. Without medication and a lot of therapy I wouldn't still be here. It sounds dramatic but it's true. After being misdiagnosed for years I'm finally on a dose that works and feel positive rather than hopeless for the first time in years. I'm actually happy for once.

Thank you. I was on them years ago and had incentive to exercise then. I dont think it's a co-incidence.
