Posting in chat as hopefully more traffic!
I received a very long awaited letter from HMRC on Friday dated 9th July confirming a tax repayment (yey!)
I logged on to my tax account and the repayment section confirmed a cheque repayment dated the 10th July.
On the forms I asked to be paid by BACS.
Does anyone have any experience in either:
A) receiving a BACS payment when the account says cheque
Or
B) how long it will take for the cheque to arrive?
