There hasn’t been a Jilly Cooper thread for a while, I’m watching Riders

Haven’t seen it for ages but first thoughts on rewatching are that they’ve changed a lot of the story, Rupert isn’t nearly good looking enough but Tory, Fen, Jake and Billy are pretty well cast.

Rupert was a huge disappointment! And Jake was far too tall and good looking really. The girls were perfect though :)

Not watching it but I got the book on my kindle for 99p and am thoroughly enjoying it again. Can’t believe it’s set in late 70s early 80s though - I can’t be that old!! Shock
