How do I access apple support without my password or phone?

My phone is fucked up and I cannot hear through the phone. Speakers are working for everything else but not for calls so I cannot ring them to ask them to fix it.
I cannot get online support because you have to put in your apple ID and my phone is saying I need to reset in 24 hours and won't let me log in. It seems to think I have lost my phone so won't let me reset.
So how the hell am I meant to get support? Is there another way?

Phone them from a land line. They can sometimes be very helpful. Not always but sometimes.

I have used the land line to resolve issues in the past.

Take it to an Apple shop? But they may not help it you can't log in, so I'd call them first...

No Apple shop nearby.
I have rang them on DH phone when he came in and they cannot help me for 22 hours. I'm switching from apple at the next available opportunity.
