Hi all.
I've just noticed little red dots on my daughter's face, below the eye area. She has it near both eyes.
She is otherwise well and her normal self no temperature etc and I can't see any spots anywhere else.
I've attached a picture to see if anyone possibly has any idea as t what this could be?
