Have got IBS-D so it's likely to be related but my stomach is constantly making loud rumbly noises (both when hungry and after I've eaten, even hours later). I've had this for years - I realize it's air/gas in the stomach causing it but not sure how to fix it.
Have tried avoiding high FODMAP foods, potential triggers, etc. but regardless of what I eat or if I eat nothing, it still happens :(
I just want to get rid of it.
