Job application advice for civil service role

Complete newbie to this sort of application and MN has been a great source of advice about success profiles. My question is how do you guess which success profile each question is going to be judged against? I'm quite a good guesser but with limited words I can't afford to waste any 🙂

The interviewers should tell you. You will know from the job advert which success profiles they will be assessing. They usually give you a short introduction - the next questions will assess the behaviour....

Thank you for replying. This is at the application stage e.g Provide an example where you xyz. The advert says which the application overall is assessing but not which question is being used to assess which. I wondered if there are any synonymous key words to look for?

Ok. Simply you can’t guess. Each element of the success profiles will be marked separately and then all the marks added up to give an overall score. Technical, ability, strengths are usually looked at interview. At the application stage experience and behaviour is usually assessed. I would say read the strengths dictionary and behaviours to look at key words which may be used.
