What did you buy or are buying your soon to be 10 year old?

My DS birthday is this weekend, I have absolutely no idea what to get him.

So far I have got him some police handcuffs ( real not replica) as he is police interceptors mad.

His grandparents are getting home some 3 way radios, and his godparents have got him an experience to ride in a police interceptor car, however he won’t receive these until after his birthday.

He doesn’t need a bike, computers, raspberry PI equipment, iPods, iPads, sporting equipment etc...

In our family we make a big deal of turning double digits, we have a family day planned with other family members and friends, however I need some inspiration for a gift, it doesn’t need to be expensive, just something that he would like.

4am and can’t sleep worrying about this Hmm

Go Pro camera, skateboard, laser printer, scuba diving lessons, 3D printer - will post again if I think of more!

Remote control plane/mini drone, my 9 year old loves things like this. Don't get a flimsy one though, as they break quite easily and don't have much battery life

I did my son, depending on his height a car race day. For juniors.. With car chase heroes.

Oh god I hope he doesn't lose the key! I did this as a child and had to be cut out Grin
Lego is always good

Legal, unfortunately we’ve worn the t-shirt for that one ... our red watch put it on their FB page... it happened on Valentine’s Day Blush the comments Grin Halo they were replicas

He already has a Segway, electric scooter, drone and Go-Pro, this is a kid who has NEVER played with toys.

He’s very geeky 🤓 loves tech, loves raspberry PI, coding and programming.

Dh has come home today with an awesome idea, a projector for his bedroom so he can watch reruns of police interceptors , DS will love it.
