I have a 10 year old daughter who since Sunday has been complaining of feeling sick (she hasn’t been sick) and is dizzy! We were with the Dr for 30 mins today who checked her urine blood sugar ears throat stomach etc - all seems ok. However we had slightly swollen lymph nodes in her neck and we’ve been asked to go back tomorrow- any ideas?

My 8 year old had this exact issue a few weeks ago. Doc decided it was a virus. It went away in a few days, the swollen nodes will be because she's fighting a virus. My kids nodes get ENORMOUS when they are ill, used to freak out nursery staff!!

Could it be her ears?

My Dd has had this and it was a viral infection.
