I buy mine concentrated in bottles from Waitrose.

I always thought this was an American thing - this link says broth is made with just meat, stock is made with bones. That said, it also says it's a bit of a contentious thing even in the USA. I also know it's a regional name variation for a soup that's been simmered for ages in the UK. Given it's all so unclear it probably doesn't matter at all.

Now, just to muddle things more, there is a kind of soup called broth which comes in various different meat varieties but I'm pretty sure the OP is after chicken stock. Soup called broth is stock based with veg and pieces of cooked meat added.

Osem powder for chicken broth is pretty good. You can normally get it in the kosher section of larger supermarkets.
