Rye bread with butter, chicken slices, mini rolls with cream cheese, boiled or fried egg, mini salami, ...basically, whatever is in the fridge.
He does usually eat breakfast at nursery, which I pack for him. Lots of fruit, small sausages, cheese, etc.
He doesn't like it when foods are mixed, so putting the chicken slices on the bread if there's butter on it just gets looked at with complete confusion and a "Mama eat it" comment. Salads are a cause of bewilderment as well. He just picks out the egg...but no dressing on it!

Half a bagel, toasted, sometime with cream cheese or salmon paste.
Overnight oats
Shredded wheat bitesize, low sugar Cheerios, Kallo or Rude Health puffed rice, cornflakes
Porridge with different flavourings and toppings such as a teaspoon of peanut butter with chopped banana or pouch of fruit purée squirted in! It fills them up and keeps them going for a while.
