Do I need a ring doorbell?

Been considering getting one for a while. Will it change my life, or just be a 2 minute wonder?
I like the idea of being able to answer the door when not at home, but not sure if it's a waste of money?

It's a fucking pain in the arse.

I will be in the middle of a lecture or exam
And some twat will be ringing my doorbell.

DH will be at home, I will be at work and some twat will be ringing my door bell.

So bastard annoying.

I love ours. It's not life changing in the way that the invention of Pringles has been, but it's a great little bit of kit.

I like that when DH is away (which is often) I can check if I hear a noise outside without having to move from my bed, I like that when deliveries arrive when I'm out I can ask them to chuck them round to the neighbour, and I like that it's an extra little bit of security.

Mum’s neighbours have it and I think it’s brilliant! You can see whenever someone is approaching. You can tell them p off!

fudge which one do you have? I know there's different versions...

Ours is a Ring 2. We pay a couple of pounds a month subscription fee because after the first couple of months you have to pay to access your videos, but it's definitely something I'd recommend and rarely gives us any problems.
