Does anyone have any experience of band 7 interview questions?

Yes, although I'm a Nurse Specialist so there may be a different focus. I had a few interviews before getting my current role.

All the interviews I had were a mix of technical questions (everything from being given a written sbar brief and being asked what advice I would give, to technical questions about which psychometric assessments I favoured and why), situation questions (what I would do if my clinical opinion differed from a psychiatrist, and how I would manage conflict within a team) and questions about me (what are my personal values, where I see myself in 5 years).
