How do I hide topics?

Am I being blind? Is there an easy way to hide a topic?

On the blue header swipe from right to left and click on the Hide icon.

I can’t figure it out!
I’m on the mobile site, does that make a difference? Can only see the options to hide the thread not the whole topic.

Did you make any topics a favourite? If so go back all the way through the topics menu and click on the star next to the topic you want to UNfavourite. This will clear the star and remove it from your list. I'm also working on the mobile app/phone.

Managed to sort it, changed to the desktop site and moved a load over to the excluded topics.
